Shipment processing time
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 Business Days
Orders shipped via USPS will not be delivered on Government Holidays, or Sundays.
In the event that we experience a high volume of orders we will do our best to reach out to you via email if there are any delays in processing or shipping your order.

Disclaimer: Most retail orders will ship via USPS. Orders over 70lbs, and all wholesale orders will ship via UPS and will be subject to their shipping rates.
Shipment to P.O. boxes
Orders shipped via USPS will be delivered to PO Boxes. However, if your order is shipped via UPS you may need to check the post office where your PO Box exists to verify that you are eligible to receive packages at your PO Box address.

Shipment confirmations and order tracking information will be sent via email in real time.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Organic Ag Products is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Organic Ag Products is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim (info@organicagproducts.com). Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We only ship to the United States and at this time do not have international shipping options.
